For other destinations, DAP or self-clearance shipping may apply. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for local import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country.

The final charges shown at checkout or confirmed by our sales team will apply to your order.

We may use FedEx, DHL, SF International, UPS, or other suitable carriers depending on the destination country, product type, package weight, shipping route, and customs requirements.

DDP shipping is available for supported destinations when shown at checkout. For some countries or special routes, shipments may be arranged under DAP or self-clearance terms.

Estimated delivery time depends on the selected shipping method, destination country, customs clearance, holidays, remote areas, and carrier conditions.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • SF International / Standard Air Freight: usually 10–15 business days after dispatch;

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders paid before 15:00 Beijing Time (GMT+8) on business days are usually processed on the same business day when products are in stock and all shipping information is complete.

Processing time may be longer during holidays, peak seasons, customs checks, large orders, or when additional information is required.

5.6 Tracking

After shipment, tracking information will be provided by email.

Customers can track the parcel through the carrier’s official website or 17Track.

5.7 Customs Information

For international shipments, we may provide a commercial invoice, packing list, or other basic shipping documents when required by the carrier or customs authority.

For DAP or self-clearance shipments, the commercial invoice and packing list will be sent by email for customs clearance.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information, phone number, email address, company information, tax ID, VAT number, EORI number, or other customs-related information if required by the destination country.

Customs clearance delays may occur due to destination country regulations, inspection, missing customer information, holidays, or customs authority requirements.

Section 6 - Risk of Loss and Delivery Issues

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer when the products are handed over to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed in writing.

We will assist customers with carrier claims when possible, but we are not responsible for delays, loss, damage, failed delivery, customs delay, or additional charges caused by:
