Bochu.store Return and Refund Policy 

Thank you for choosing Bochu.store's consumables for Bochu cutting heads. To protect your legitimate rights and interests and comply with consumer protection regulations, we have formulated the following return and refund policy. Please read it carefully before applying for a return.

Note: We only accept returns for genuine defective products caused by manufacturing issues and do not provide product exchange services.

I. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all cutting head consumable products (including lenses, ceramic rings, nozzles, and other standard accessories) purchased by customers through Bochu.store's official channels (official website, authorized customer service emails, online communication tools) and Google Merchant Center (GMC).

II. Return Eligibility & Validity Period

  1. Validity Period for Return Requests

    Customers must submit a return request within 30 natural days from the date of delivery. For products damaged during transportation, please report the issue to our customer service within 3 natural days after receiving the goods to facilitate timely verification and handling.
  2. Product Eligibility Criteria
    • The returned product must be defective due to manufacturing errors (not caused by human factors such as improper installation, misuse, collision, or modification).
    • The product must be accompanied by intact original packaging (including anti-counterfeit labels, attached accessories, and user manuals), unless the packaging damage is directly caused by the product defect itself.
    • Products with traces of artificial damage, installation, use, or incomplete original packaging (non-defect-induced) will not be accepted for return.
  3. Defect Confirmation Requirement

    Customers must provide clear photos, videos to prove the product defect. Our technical team will conduct a professional verification, and return requests will only be approved after the defect is confirmed.

III. Detailed Return Process

  1. Initiate Return Request

    Contact our customer service via email (info@bochu.store) or official online chat, and provide the following information:
    • Complete order number
    • Detailed description of the product defect (including specific performance, occurrence time, etc.)
    • Supporting materials (clear defect photos/videos)
  2. Review & Approval Notification

    We will review your return request and supporting materials, and give a clear response within 2 business days. For approved requests, we will send you the designated return address (China-based warehouse) and detailed return guidelines via email.
  3. Ship the Defective Product Back
    • Customers must ship the defective product back using a formal logistics provider with tracking service within 7 business days after receiving the approval notice.
    • We recommend purchasing shipping insurance to avoid loss or secondary damage during transportation. Please retain the logistics tracking number and official shipping invoice/receipt for subsequent verification.
  4. Inspection & Refund/Return Confirmation
    • After receiving the returned product, our technical team will complete the defect inspection within 3 business days.
    • If the defect is confirmed, we will initiate the refund process immediately.
    • If the returned product is deemed non-defective or ineligible for return, we will ship the product back to you at our expense, along with a detailed written explanation of the inspection results, and no refund will be issued.

IV. Refund Policy

  1. Refund Method

    All approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method. The refund processing time depends on the policies of your payment provider, usually taking 3–15 business days to reflect in your account.
  2. Refund Amount
    • For confirmed defective products, we will refund 100% of the product purchase price.
    • Regarding Platform Transaction Fees: Transaction fees charged by third-party payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payment) are non-refundable. This is because such fees are directly collected by the payment platform at the time of transaction and are not retained by Bochu.store; the platform does not support fee reversal for completed transactions according to its service terms.

V. Return Shipping Fee Responsibility

For approved returns of confirmed defective products, the following shipping fee rules apply:

  1. The international shipping fee for returning the product from buyer to our China-based warehouse, as well as domestic shipping fees in China for inspection and return (if applicable), will be fully borne by Bochu.store.
  2. Customers need to prepay the return shipping fee first and retain the official and valid shipping invoice/receipt (clearly indicating the shipping recipient, route, and amount).
  3. After we confirm the product defect and verify the validity of the shipping invoice, we will refund the prepaid shipping fee to you together with the product purchase price, with the reimbursement amount not exceeding the reasonable market shipping standard for the corresponding parcel weight and route.

VI. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted and no refunds will be issued in the following situations:

  1. Return requests are submitted beyond the 30-natural-day validity period after delivery.
  2. The product is non-defective (e.g., returns due to incorrect product selection, duplicate orders, personal preference changes, or compatibility issues not stated in the product description).
  3. The product has traces of artificial damage, installation, misuse, or modification.
  4. The original packaging is incomplete or damaged due to non-defect factors (e.g., intentional tearing of anti-counterfeit labels, loss of accessories or manuals).
  5. The returned product does not match the order information (e.g., wrong product model, non-Bochu.store products).
  6. The customer fails to provide valid proof of product defects, or the provided proof is deemed unconvincing after technical verification.
