Ceramic Body and Locking Ring Are Different Parts

For the limited BLT421S reference, Y.Z.C0034 — M11×0.75 ceramic body and P.S.J0020 — M11×0.75 ceramic locking ring identify two different roles. They are not interchangeable, a bundle or a complete bill of materials.

For a confirmed BLT642H, the existing BLT642H ceramic body, locking ring and nozzle guide explains the separate roles and its conditional Y.Z.C0034 selection. Do not extend that reference to another head model or infer an unmarked locking-ring code.

M16×1 Nozzle-Cooling Ceramic Is a Separate Product

DY.C.A0009AA — M16×1 nozzle-cooling ceramic is listed separately for BLT643H, BLT663H and BLT683H. It is not one of the four Variants above.
