BOCHU 2D Common Nozzle Types
BOCHU BOCI 2D common nozzles are available in single-layer and double-layer designs for fiber laser cutting. The current collection uses an M11 × 0.75 thread and includes multiple aperture sizes. Nozzle geometry, layer structure and aperture affect gas flow and must match the intended cutting process.
How to Select a 2D Common Nozzle
Confirm the M11 × 0.75 thread, single- or double-layer structure, aperture size and original BOCHU part number. Select the aperture according to the established cutting parameters rather than appearance alone. If necessary, send a photo of the existing nozzle marking and package label for identification.
